THE PROCESS
What to Expect When I
Get My Full Arm Waxed
When you arrive, I will take a quick look at your hair growth and skin to confirm the right wax approach for you. You’ll get comfortable on the treatment table with your arm extended, and the area is cleansed and prepped before any wax touches your skin.
Lycon wax is applied in sections along the arm and removed against the direction of hair growth for a close, even result. Because it’s applied at a lower temperature than traditional hot wax, most clients find it noticeably more comfortable than they expect, even on ticklish areas like the inner arm and elbow.
I check over the full arm, shoulder to wrist, front and back, for any missed patches before you’re finished, so you leave with smooth, even coverage rather than a rushed once over.
WHY CLIENTS RETURN
Benefits of Professional
Full Arm Waxing
- Smoother, more even results than shaving. No stubble growing back within a day or two.
- Hair grows back finer and sparser over time with regular waxing.
- Even coverage along the full arm, including hard to reach spots like the back of the upper arm.
- Lycon wax is gentler on the skin, which means less redness and irritation post service.
- No nicks, razor burn, or ingrown hairs from at-home shaving.
- A quick, low effort way to stay smooth between appointments.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Arm Hair Removal
Answers to the questions I hear most often about arm hair removal. Still have a question? Call or text me at (615) 601-1236.
What does full arm waxing
include?
Full arm waxing removes hair from the shoulder down to the wrist, including the tops and undersides of your upper and lower arms. It’s one appointment for completely smooth arms rather than treating the upper and lower arm separately.
Does arm hair need to be a
certain length before I book?
Ideally your arm hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly two weeks of growth, so the wax can grip it properly. If it’s freshly shaved, I may not be able to remove it cleanly.
How long does a full arm waxing take
and how long do results last?
Most full arm waxing sessions run about 20 to 30 minutes. Because I use professional-grade Lycon wax that grips the hair rather than the skin, you can expect smooth results for 3 to 4 weeks, with regrowth coming in finer over time.
Will arm waxing irritate
sensitive skin?
Lycon wax is formulated to minimize trauma to the skin, so most clients find arm waxing far less irritating than they expect. If you have particularly sensitive skin, let me know beforehand so I can tailor the wax and technique to you.
